Our primary focus is mid-market businesses with $20M–$500M in revenue. Outside this range, we consider engagements on a case-by-case basis, particularly for special situations or PE-backed companies where complexity justifies senior advisory.

After every diagnostic, you have a complete 90-day action plan. Many clients choose to engage us for the implementation phase — but there is no obligation. The diagnostic is designed to stand alone as a complete, actionable deliverable.
In special situations and investment engagements, we may consider equity participation or success fees. This is discussed case-by-case and is never the default structure. Our advisory fees are always value-based and transparent.
